I met the HUB through my mandate as a director of the AFRC. I was immediately seduced by their proposal to accompany the AFRC at CES Las Vegas 2018: personalization of the proposed course, well-balanced time between discovery, in-depth interview and debrief ... I signed up! On the spot I could only be delighted with this decision. In the "vastness" of the CES, I needed a well-informed and critical guide to get to the heart of the matter. Within my multi-company group focused on smart city, we benefited from a very qualified HUB guide, always listening to us, reorienting the visits according to our feedbacks. Friendly lunch or debriefing moments with the other delegations led by the HUB allowed us to open up to the discoveries of the other groups.
This is the second year that we are going with the HUB Institute. I had appreciated the quality of the NRF and CES summaries that they had presented during their numerous conferences. The proposed program was complete, with participants of a very good level. On site, everything is well organized and above all, the team is very friendly.
Mobivia brought for the first time a large delegation to CES. The experience of the HUB Institute allowed us to organize a tailor-made tour accompanied by two dedicated people who prepared an adequate visit schedule and saved us a lot of time.
The AFRC, the largest community of customer experience professionals and the collaboration with the HUB Institute has been very beneficial for our members because we can't see or know everything. The AFRC needs to open up to new ecosystems (HUB Institute, France IA, ...) to understand and integrate new technological challenges but also new consumer trends. The HUB Institute covers all the major world events in China, the US,... and can select for the AFRC the novelties not to be missed.
